I felt obliged to bring this shirt in, but I am not happy about it. To be honest, it kind of creeps me out. Johnny Depp seems to be seeking roles where he can look less attractive. He looks freaky here, and really did in Sweeney Todd. I guess having 90% of women in the world find you insanely attractive isn't good enough for some people.
Now that I have written that I suddenly find myself really annoyed at Johnny Depp. Ass. Of course, according to this Johnny Depp Survey all of 3% of the universe agrees with me. I can't even find a bad movie he made. Someone said Cry Baby was his worst, but there is now way I can say anything bad about a John Waters film. It even bugs me that he is cool enough to do a Waters movie.
Anyway, I didn't see this movie even though I really should have. I just wasn't motivated. I was more interested in seeing Avatar for a fourth time. I am also getting sick of 3D movies. They give me a headache, and really I don't see a huge difference from just watching a screen. Also movies shot 2D that are converted over to 3D kind of blow.
I'm finding a ton of articles on damage 3D can do you your sight or brain. Most of them are on the new 3D TV, so I won't link any. I don't plan to buy a 3D TV any time soon. I thing the smart thing to do here is not be an early adopter. I will wait until they get all the health bugs worked out.
