Late night, and I am going to do one more shirt description. This shirt makes me laugh, but apparently I am on my own lonely island in that regard, if sales are any way to judge. I would think there would be others out there that liked it. Oh, well.
Ironically Kontrol Freek is a game controller accessory that is supposed to enhance play in first person shooters. I would love to say something sarcastic about being that dedicated to a nerd hobby that you need a special controller, but the fact is I have spent literally thousands of dollars on very specific Warhammer models. In fact, I have a closet full of models that seemed like a good idea at the time but I then decided to drop. I totally understand the need for the best stuff for your passion.
I found a blog (?) about control freaks. The problem I am having is I can't tell if this is to help people deal with control freaks or become one. It's a little disconcerting.
If you are wondering if you are a control freak you can take this handy control freak quiz. I scored a 32% control freak. I don't know if that's good or bad, but doesn't sound horrible.
I used to work for a total control freak. He was a super micromanager that drove us all nuts. Then he stole all the cash in the safe and took off on his motorcycle to Alaska, we thought. That was kind of a weird job, to be honest. I'll talk about it some more some other night. Let's just say most businesses do not deal with a rodent problem by telling all the employees to buy BB guns and hang out drinking late after the placed closed. I think I would actually like to draw a curtain over that little episode, now that I think about it.
Excellent. I was looking for more on control freaks and stumbled across this great Marvel character personality quiz. I scored a tie between Matt Murdock and Reed Richards. Not sure how it works but it seemed kind of fun.
Here is a video of some guy telling us how to deal with a control freak. I am sorry, but I will always have a hard time taking advice from a guy in a sweater vest. No bueno, my friend.
