It is the third game in the Double Dragon series, and the last to be developed by Techn's Japan for the arcade. The game follows the adventures of martial arts brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee as they travel to various parts of the world to collect three mystical stones that are needed to defeat a powerful enemy.
